Q: Why didn’t I receive an Order Confirmation email?

A:If you do not receive the order confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your Junk or Spam E-mail folder just in case the information was delivered there instead of your inbox. If your confirmation didn’t arrive to either place, please contact Customer Service at bryanboomart@gmail.com

Q: Are the colours on the site accurate?

A: The photos on the site are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colors of your order may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. Please contact our Customer Service team (Email: bryanboomart@gmail.com) with any questions.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: Depends on your location in the US. Original Artworks by Bryan have free shipping

Q: How do I track my order?

To view the status of your order, simply log in to your lemonmise.com account and click "My Orders." Then, select

the order number you want to review. Your Delivery confirmation will be emailed to you within 7 days of your

scheduled delivery. If you have any questions, contact our Customer Service team at service@molilulu.com.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Contact customer support within 2 days. Most items are put in production in 48 hrs. No cancellations will be accepted after 48 hrs.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: The time for delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for

dispatch within 3-5 days after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

Postal Service product. After processing and leaving from the warehouse, it usually takes 15- 20 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time.

Q: What if I receive a wrong order or item?

Q: What if my item arrived broken/damaged?

A:If your item arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service(Email: bryanboomart@gmail.com) within 7 days and we will either replace the item or give partial refund.

Q: WHAT IF I DON’T WANT MY ITEM FOR ANY OTHER REASON THAN DAMAGED?/CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

A:Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Q: How long does it take for a refund to show up on my credit card?

A: After we receive the returned goods, it takes 3-5 business days to finish transfer, and it needs 5-15 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to be credited back to your card. you still don’t get it, please contact issuing  bank for information first.
